feedbackedge is in private pilot and is not sold self-service. Rather than publish a price list the product has not yet justified, pilots run on agreed terms with the program that hosts them.

What a pilot includes
A named organizer, one roster, a defined start and end, and the full loop: shared pre-game focus, private dual reflection, simultaneous reveal, and a next move that carries forward.

What it costs
Pilot terms are agreed directly with the program. There is no published per-seat or per-team rate, because no pilot has yet run long enough to say honestly what the product is worth.

What happens to your data
Every person uses their own private account. Reflections stay blind until both sides submit. Development history is exportable and deletable, and retention terms are agreed in writing before any real roster starts.

Positioning is easy to write. These are the things a pilot has to establish before anyone should pay for it.

That the ritual survives a season
Repeated use over a full run of games, not a strong first week, is the bar. No team has completed that yet.

That the reveal reads as useful
Players and coaches have to describe a reveal as worth having and not as a grade. That is a question for representative users, not for us.

That it works without rescue
Coach workload and support volume have to be repeatable without the people who built it stepping in.
