For coaches, athletes, and player-development staff

Private player-development app for sports teams

Align on game goals. Bridge the feedback gap.

feedbackedge is a micro-reflection app for competitive coaches and athletes. Set 2–3 focus items before puck drop, score them privately after the game, then reveal both answers together and choose one next-game action.

feedbackedge is in private pilot. There is no self-service sign-up yet; access is arranged with the program that runs the pilot.

After each game

Reflect privately. Reveal together. Choose the next move.

Neither side is shown early. Each submitted reflection stays sealed until the pair is complete, so the difference in perception is visible without either side anchoring on the other first.

What it is, and what it is not

A game-by-game alignment tool, not a report card

It is not a stat sheet, a video-breakdown tool, or a player report card. feedbackedge is a structured, game-by-game alignment tool that keeps player and coach reading the same game.

  1. 01 Before the game

    Pre-game focus

Player and coach confirm the same 2–3 specific, observable focus items — for example, “Scan before receiving the puck.” The focus locks at puck drop.

  2. 02 After the game

    Blind dual reflection

Player and coach score that same focus independently on the same simple scale, or record Could not assess. Neither side can see the other answer.

  3. 03 After the game

    Simultaneous reveal

Both submissions unlock at the same moment, so the difference in perception is visible without either side anchoring on the other first.

  4. 04 Into the next game

    Compounding next moves

Agreement or difference of opinion becomes one concrete next move. It stays open and returns before the next game focus is chosen.

Why this works

The score is the start of the conversation

See whether the workflow fits before bringing in a roster.

Review the fictional example with your coaching or player-development staff. If the private comparison and next-move workflow solves a real problem, ask about a controlled pilot.

In the first email, describe only the program and the workflow problem. Do not include player names, private reflections, screenshots, team codes, or health information.
